Dr. Adam Franson, DO, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Raised in Farmington, Maine, he earned his undergraduate degree from BYU Provo and his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Franson completed his orthopedic residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in 2015.
Dr. Franson is married to Melissa and has six children. He is dedicated to offering quality orthopedic care, allowing patients to receive treatment within their community. Outside of his practice, Dr. Franson enjoys road cycling, dirt bikes, snowboarding, horses, and woodworking.
Dr. Franson’s focused skills include knee and hip replacements (including anterior approach total hips), shoulder replacements, fracture care, hand injuries and chronic pain, arthritis care, and some sports medicine.
